New Retail Development VP for CPLG North America

LOS ANGELES: DHX Media's Copyright Promotions Licensing Group (CPLG) has named Elliot Lederman as its VP of retail development for CPLG North America, effective immediately.

Lederman will work out of Los Angeles under Ted Larkins, the senior VP and general manager of CPLG North America. He is charged with identifying and developing new retail partnerships in all channels of distribution, including physical stores and online. He will also handle the promotion of all consumer products repped by CPLG, including World of Warriors, St Andrews Links, Michelangelo and Space Invaders, as well as such DHX Brands titles as Teletubbies, Yo Gabba Gabba!, Twirlywoos, Degrassi, Inspector Gadget and Caillou.

Larkins said: "Elliot brings over 25 years of experience in licensing and has held executive-level positions representing major entertainment brands at Paramount Pictures and Universal Studios. His expertise includes retail partnerships in the U.S. and Canada in all channels of distribution including mass market, mid-tier, specialty stores and e-commerce. He has vast experience and relationships developing retail alliances and exclusive direct-to-retail licensing programs and will be an incredible asset to CPLG, its clients and our licensees."
