New Promotions for VH1 Digital Division

NEW YORK, October 26: Viacom's MTV Networks has upped Tina
Imm to the role of senior VP and general manager for VH1 Digital and has
promoted Tony Carbone and Deb Kadetsky to VP of digital production and
programming and VP of digital marketing, respectively.

In her new role, Imm is responsible for the overall
strategy, creative direction, content development and production for VH1
Digital's platforms, including VH1.com, VH1Classic.com, VH1 Mobile, VH1 Games
and several of VH1's existing and planned vertical sites. She will also lead
the content, promotional and branding convergence between VH1 and its digital
properties. Imm will continue to report to VH1’s executive VP and general
manager, Tom Calderone, and will work under the oversight of Courtney William Holt,
the executive VP of digital music and media for MTV Networks' Music Group, on
digital strategy and initiatives.

Imm has held the position of VP for VH1 Digital since
joining the company in July 2004, having prior served as COO for Complex Media.

"Under Tina's leadership, VH1 Digital has grown
immensely,” said Calderone. “In addition to video streams on VH1.com achieving
triple-digital growth over the last two years, the last three months were our
most streamed quarter ever. Tina's team has successfully grown our digital
business by developing and launching made-for-mobile and broadband series, new
sites like VH1Classic.com and products like our VH1.com syndicated video
player."

Tony Carbone will take the position of VP of digital
production and programming. He will continue to oversee the digital and
broadband production and programming departments, as well as managing and
supervising all production and programming activities for VH1 Digital. Carbone
previously served as the executive producer, coming to the position from a
stint as director of development at Jupiter Media Metrix.

As the VP of digital marketing, Deb Kadetsky will continue
to lead the company's efforts to develop and implement strategic programming
and promotional plans to support VH1's digital initiatives across online,
digital music, mobile and gaming platforms. She joined VH1 in 2005 as the
director of digital marketing, after having worked at Columbia House Company
(BMG) as the associate director of online marketing and new business
development.
