NEW YORK: The new A&E original Bordertown: Laredo documents the small team of local police in a Texas narcotics unit who protect the U.S. border from the threat of Mexican drug cartels.

The 10×30-minute series premieres with back-to-back episodes on October 13 on A&E. The show looks inside the Laredo police department’s narcotics unit, as they work with confidential informants, carry out undercover missions and executive raids in order to seize shipments of drugs coming from Mexico before they make it into the U.S.

The show is produced by Al Rocker Entertainment in association with CRM Entertainment for A&E.
