New Leadership for Endemol Shine Netherlands, Endemol Shine Latino

AMSTERDAM/MIAMI/LOS ANGELES: Boudewijn Beusmans and Iris Boelhouwer have been appointed joint CEOs of Endemol Shine Netherlands, while the current CEO of Endemol Shine Netherlands, Laurens Drillich, will become president of Endemol Shine Latino.

Beusmans is currently the group commercial officer of Endemol Shine Group. Boelhouwer is the company's former managing director of creative operations. Together, they will share the role of CEO for Endemol Shine Netherlands. Beusmans will focus on further commercial growth, innovation and diversification. Boelhouwer will be focused on the creative development and building up the portfolio of formats and programming. The changes take effect in 2016.

Drillich will transition from CEO of Endemol Shine Netherlands to president of Endemol Shine Latino. Drillich will report to Cris Abrego and Charlie Corwin, the co-chairmen and co-CEOs of Endemol Shine North America. Drillich will be working to establish and lead a new central hub in Miami, overseeing the business across the U.S. Hispanic market and Mexico, as well as production operations in Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Peru, as well as format sales activities across Latin America.

Martin Kweller, the CEO and creative director for Latin America, will be the creative director for the new hub, while also continuing to serve as chairman and CEO of Endemol Shine Argentina and operations director for Latin America.
