New COO for WWE

STAMFORD, November 7:
Donna Goldsmith, the executive VP of consumer products for World Wrestling
Entertainment (WWE), will take over as the company's COO as of December 31,
replacing Mike Sileck, who is resigning from his post and as a member of the
board of directors.

Sileck joined the company
as CFO in June 2005 and was promoted to his current role as COO in February
2007. "WWE
has had the benefit of Mike's former experience from both USA Network and
Monster Worldwide, and we appreciate the contributions Mike has made in both of
the positions he has held in our company," said WWE's chairman, Vince
McMahon.

In
addition to taking on a new role, Goldsmith has now been elected to the board
of directors. She has been with WWE for eight years, joining the company from a
role with the NBA. McMahon commented, "Donna's business savvy, proven
management and leadership skills, along with in-depth product knowledge makes
her uniquely qualified to fill the COO position."
