New Competition Series for Oxygen

NEW YORK: CariDee English, winner of the seventh season of America’s Next Top Model, will host a new competition series for Oxygen that challenges good-looking women to beautify their personalities.

Pretty Wicked will follow as a group of girls are put through a series of social experiments designed to help them find their inner beauty, to go with their pretty outward appearances. While living in the same house, the ladies will find themselves without everyday luxuries such as mirrors, cell phones and privacy. The girl who shows the greatest transformation by the end of the series will win the grand prize of $50,000. English will host alongside three celebrity judges: plus-sized model and author Mia Tyler, psychotherapist and radio talk-show host Dr. Jenn Berman and comedian/author Kyle Cease.

Pretty Wicked marks the first competition reality series from the new Oxygen development team led by Amy Introcaso-Davis, the senior VP of original programming and development for Oxygen Media.

"Pretty Wicked truly is the ultimate inner-makeover competition show," said Introcaso-Davis. "Viewers will see these spirited, independent women transform into more self-aware and ultimately, nicer girls."
