Netflix Picks Up Trio of Global Screen Films

MUNICH: Two animated movies, Niko 2: Little Brother, Big Trouble and Legends of Valhalla: Thor, and the documentary Camp 14: Total Control Zone, all of which are distributed by Global Screen, have been acquired by Netflix for certain territories around the world.

Niko 2: Little Brother, Big Trouble, the follow-up to the successful Niko & The Way to the Stars, revolves around a reindeer whose stepbrother has been kidnapped. The title is now offered on Netflix in the U.S., Canada, Ireland and the U.K., and will become available in Latin America during the middle of next year. Legends of Valhalla: Thor, which shows the famous superhero as a teenager, is now available through the digital service in the U.S., Canada, Ireland and the U.K.

Camp 14: Total Control Zone is about a young man who broke out of a North Korean prison camp. The documentary is now offered on Netflix in the U.S.
