Netflix Orders Green Eggs and Ham TV Series

BEVERLY HILLS: The Dr. Seuss classic Green Eggs and Ham is being adapted as a TV series, which Netflix is planning to launch globally in 2018.

The 13-episode series is based on the global best-selling children's book. Jared Stern (The LEGO Movie Sequel) will be adapting the classic for TV and serve as executive producer, alongside Ellen DeGeneres, Jeff Kleeman, Mike Karz and David Dobkin. The animated family comedy is from A Very Good Production, A Stern Talking To and Gulfstream Television in association with Warner Bros Animation, and distributed by Warner Bros. Television.

Cindy Holland, the VP of original content for Netflix, said:
