NBC to Premiere Original The Office Webisodes

BURBANK, June 28: NBC will
begin airing the first of 10 original webisodes on July 13; based on the
network’s hit show, The Office.

Airing Thursdays on NBC, The
Office stars Golden Globe winner
Steve Carell, Jenna Fischer, John Krasinski, Rainn Wilson and B.J. Novak as the
staff of the Dunder Mifflin paper-supply company.

The 2- to 3-minute
webisodes star the paper-supply company’s accounting staff, Angela (Angela
Kinsey), Kevin (Brian Baumgartner) and Oscar (Oscar Nuñez), as they attempt to
discover who has taken the sum of $3,000 from the office. The serialized weekly
webisodes will be available for download on NBC.com.
