MySpace Inks Exclusive LonelyGirl15 Deal

LOS ANGELES, August 2: The season finale of the popular
interactive online drama LonelyGirl15
will air exclusively on MySpace tomorrow, the News Corporation-owned social
networking site announced today.

The season one finale, "12 in 12," will be
available on MySpaceTV beginning at 8 a.m. tomorrow. A new segment of the
LonelyGirl15 season finale will be available every hour over the course of 12
consecutive hours. The episodes, running approximately 1 to 4 minutes in
length, will chronicle the ensemble cast on their quest to find their missing
friend. A catch-up video and all archived LonelyGirl15 content from the first
season is available now on MySpaceTV's dedicated LonelyGirl15 video community.

"With more than 115 million potential friends on
MySpace, LonelyGirl won't be lonely any more," said Jeff Berman, the
general manager of MySpaceTV. "By joining Sony Minisodes, Prom Queen, and all of our branded channel partners coming online
this month, LonelyGirl will be in good company on MySpaceTV."

The second season of LonelyGirl15 begins the week of August 6 on MySpaceTV, and the
series' additional distribution partners.

"We're thrilled to give LonelyGirl15 the global platform it deserves via MySpaceTV,"
said Greg Goodfried, a co-creator and producer of LonelyGirl15.

"The artistic concept of LonelyGirl15 is that the
characters are real, live in the real world, and interact with the fans,"
added Miles Beckett, co-creator and producer. "We expect MySpace users to
welcome the show with open arms."
