More I’m In the Band for Disney XD

BURBANK: The music-based live-action comedy series I’m In the Band has been given a second-season order by Disney XD.

The series is about a teenager who gets to live out his wildest dream when he joins his favorite "vintage" rock band. The new season finds the band making their way closer to a comeback. The second cycle will include an additional one-hour special.

The show debuted in February as Disney XD’s number one series premiere on record in total viewers and tweens 9 to 14. It was also the network’s number one live-action series premiere ever with kids 6 to 14, boys 6 to 14, kids 6 to 11, boys 6 to 11 and tween boys.
