Mondo Highlights Playtime Buddies for Licensing Show

ROME: At the upcoming Licensing International Expo in Las Vegas, Mondo TV S.p.A. is to showcase the preschool adventure series Playtime Buddies, highlighting exploitation opportunities across publishing, apparel, back-to-school and other categories.

The 52×13-minute series is expected to launch in fall 2012 worldwide. The show is produced in HD, created by Erik DePrince for Visual Picnic. Merchandise is represented by Licensing Works!. MEG Toys is on board as the master toy licensee, to launch products for 2012. An extensive marketing campaign is planned across TV, retail, online and through PR. Mondo highlights key licensing opportunities in the categories of publishing, interactive, apparel, accessories, bedding, back-to-school, stationery, confectionery and health and beauty aids.
