mm2 Asia Picks Up Majority Stake in Singapore 3D Animation House

SINGAPORE: mm2 Asia has entered into an agreement to acquire a 51 percent holding in Vividthree Production, a leader in Singapore's 3D animation sector.

The acquisition helps to build mm2 Asia's business as a movie producer and distributor. Vividthree specializes in 3D stereoscopic animation, 3D animation and VFX for feature films and commercials. The studio produced Singapore’s first 3D animation feature film, Zodiac, The Race Begins… and provided the VFX for Singapore features such as The Wedding Game, The Kidnapper, It’s a Great Great World and several of Jack Neo’s films.
