M3 Television Forms New Multiplatform Content Division

LOS ANGELES, April 28: M3
Television, a video and online production outfit, has established a new unit
dedicated exclusively to the creation of programming for traditional and
new-media platforms, led by veteran producer Victoria Mercado Guinto, who most
recently worked on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars.

The new development and
production wing will encompass M3 Television’s current pilot and series
production roster for television and the web, as well as numerous short- and
long-form projects in the development pipeline for all media. Guinto joined M3
Television in December 2007 from her role as producer of ABC’s Dancing with
the Stars
. Among her other credits
are the ABC franchise The Bachelor
and producing a series of Endemol USA reality shows and pilots for ABC, CBS and
Lifetime. She has also served as a producer on MTV’s The Hills. Since joining the company, Guinto has worked on
M3’s extensive field production operations—encompassing pilots, series,
commercials, music videos, electronic press kits, trailers, promo and
interstitial sales campaigns.

“With our company evolving
into a major force in all aspects of television, film, internet, mobile and
home entertainment production, we have seen a rapid rise in pilot and series
production and the need for a division to focus on this critical segment of our
business,” said Andy Meyers, the president of M3 Television. “Victoria’s sharp
instincts and energy, combined with her extensive producing background,
extraordinary creative vision and executive skills, make her ideally suited to
expertly shepherd our content from concept through creation for a multitude of
media platforms.”

M3 Television’s clients
include Disney, DreamWorks, ESPN, MTV Networks, Fox, Universal Studios and
Paramount Pictures.
