Logo Announces Pickup of New Reality Series

NEW YORK, August 3: MTV
Networks’ gay and lesbian-targeted Logo has picked up the original reality
series Jacob & Joshua: Nemesis Rising, following these identical twin brothers as they struggle to make it
in the music business and come out publicly about their sexual orientation.

The Montana-born brothers perform
under the name Nemesis and have a deal in place with Curb Records. The twins will be marketed as openly gay artists, according
to a Logo press release.

The series is slated to
launch October 16 at 10 p.m. and will be complemented by digital, wireless and online features, including episode
availability on download-to-own services, and interviews, diaries and other
behind-the-scenes videos at LOGOonline.com. In addition, the series’ first
episode will be made available via streaming video at LOGOonline.com at no
cost.

"Jacob &
Joshua: Nemesis Rising
proves
living a dream and being true to one's self are not mutually exclusive,” said
Brian Graden, the president of MTV Networks Music Group Entertainment and of
Logo.

The show is a
production of STILETTO Television.
