Lionsgate Partners with TVN for VOD Rollout

SANTA MONICA/BURBANK, August 7: Lionsgate has entered into a
multiyear VOD deal for TVN Entertainment to distribute titles from its movie
library.

The agreement encompasses all new release movies and product
from Lionsgate's library of more than 7,500 motion picture and television
titles. The agreement also includes access to TVN's ADONISS 2.0 advanced asset
management system, which will allow Lionsgate to update and modify metadata
even after a title has been uploaded to the VOD server. Lionsgate could, for
example, extend the VOD exhibition window across one, some, or all affiliates.

"Lionsgate is known for daring and original programming
and they are equally innovative in their VOD strategy,” said Doug Sylvester,
the COO of TVN Entertainment. “VOD customers have long wanted access to hit
movies on a more timely basis so we are delighted to support Lionsgate's
strategy as well as their creative packaging and marketing initiatives for
library titles."
