Lightworks Producing Group Acquires KPI

NEW YORK, May 21: Lightworks Producing Group (LPG), a
division of Lightworks Enterprises, has acquired Kralyevich Productions, Inc.
(KPI), an Emmy Award-winning producer of non-fiction and fiction series and
specials for broadcasters such as A&E, National Geographic Channel, The
History Channel, Court TV and Discovery Channel.

Last year, New York City-based KPI, which will now function
as a unit of LPG, received two Emmys for its special Rome: Engineering an
Empire
. Other recent titles from the
company include Megastructures
for National Geographic Channel, Xtreme Homes for HGTV, Sea Battles for The Military Channel and Engineering
an Empire
for The History Channel.
