LOS ANGELES: Lifetime Television has unveiled a new reality series, Coming Home, which features the surprise family reunions of U.S. soldiers who are returning home after long tours of duty.

Coming Home will feature soldiers from all five branches of the military with their spouses, children, parents and other loved ones as they are reunited after returning from active duty. The series is hosted by former American Idol finalist Matt Rogers. Each of the 13 hour-long episodes will feature five reunions. The show is produced by RelativityREAL, with Tom Forman (creator of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition) and Star Price (The Amazing Race) serving as executive producers.

The series makes its debut March 6 at 10 p.m., immediately following the fifth season premiere of the hit Lifetime original Army Wives.
