Lifetime Makes Digital Acquisition

NEW YORK, August 27:
Lifetime Networks has purchased ParentsClick Network, a social network and
digital media technology outfit, bolstering community functions for all the
company’s digital properties, including mylifetime.com and LMN.tv.

As its flagship property,
ParentsClick Network created and operates MothersClick.com, which is designed
for users to find, join or start new groups, offering free tools for moms to
share their parenting tips and experiences. Launched in 2007,
MomBlogNetwork.com serves as a content aggregator, helping mom bloggers
increase visibility and gain readership.

The company will soon be
launching a nationwide, multi-site parenting network, with localized profile
data and user-generated content. Lifetime will bolster this effort by
introducing an online ad network, allowing marketers to take advantage of the
targeted consumer reach.

ParentsClick Network is
now a division of Lifetime Digital and will operate from a newly opened office
in San Francisco, led by Dietrich von Behren, the founder and CEO of
ParentsClick Network. Von Behren joins Lifetime as the VP of digital media and
investments, and will also continue to lead the team of Andra Davidson, the
co-founder and editor-in-chief at MothersClick.com, and Ted Serbinski, the
director of technology. Von Behren will report to Dan Suratt, the executive VP
of Lifetime Digital Media and Business Development at Lifetime Networks.

"We're very excited
to have the technology and leadership of ParentsClick Network join the Lifetime
Digital family," said Suratt. "MothersClick.com and
MomBlogNetwork.com will enable us to reach more mothers online, and we will be
able to leverage the robust technology platform that ParentsClick Network has
built across our existing properties and new properties to come."

"Lifetime offers
terrific synergy for our business goals by combining their Internet and cable
broadcast strength to build our brand and market share," added von Behren.
"We are thrilled to be joining Lifetime, and look forward to applying the
entrepreneurial spirit as we continue to develop our network and introduce new
innovations for Lifetime Digital."
