Leadership Changes at C4i Sales, Acquisitions Teams

LONDON, March 17: Channel 4 International (C4i) has bulked
up its sales and acquisitions teams with several new hires and the promotion of
Patrick Roberts to VP of international sales.

Roberts will be responsible for sales to the U.S. and
Canada, the U.K., Australia, New Zealand and Japan. With more than ten years at
the company, he formerly served as senior sales executive.

Rosi Krupa has joined C4i from Minotaur as a senior sales
executive, handling clients in Spain, Portugal, Latin America and Eastern
Europe. Additionally, Nicola Richards has been recruited from Cake Distribution to head up
sales to Asia (excluding Japan), Greece, Cyprus, Malta and in-flight.

Meanwhile,
the acquisitions team has added Niki Page to the newly created position of
acquisitions manager. Page has been with C4i for eight years, and will manage
the company’s first look and development deals with program makers.
Furthermore, Lauren Hughes has been named acquisitions coordinator, and will
work alongside Page.

“I am
delighted to promote Patrick to the role of VP of international sales,” said
C4i’s managing director, Christina Willoughby. “He is a well-known figure
within our business and this is a well-deserved recognition of the hard work
and enthusiasm he has always delivered at C4i. I am also pleased to welcome
Rosi and Nicola to our expanded sales team.”

Willoughby
added: “The creation of a new acquisitions team is crucial to C4i going
forward. Now that we have the right structure in place we can really take
advantage of the funds available to develop and finance projects with producers
from all over the world. This is the unique opportunity that C4i offers as part
of the Digital Rights Group.”
