LOS ANGELES: Disney Media Distribution (DMD) will be presenting the fantasy series Once Upon a Time, slated for ABC’s Sunday night grid, plus several other new dramas and comedies to buyers in L.A.

Starring Big Love alum Ginnifer Goodwin, the series is set in a world where fairy tales are real. Goodwin plays Emma Swan, a 28-year-old bail bonds collector whose life is turned upside down when the son she abandoned finds her. Now ten years old, the boy is convinced that his mother is from an alternate world and is the long-lost daughter of Snow White and Prince Charming.

Also on the DMD slate is a new offering from Shonda Rhimes and Betsy Beers, Scandal. Launching on ABC midseason, it focuses on a former media-relations consultant to the President who dedicates her life to protecting and defending the public images of the nation’s elite. Other new shows from DMD include Revenge and the midseason replacements Good Christian Belles and The River.

Returning hits for Disney include Body of Proof, which just launched on ABC this year, Castle, Criminal Minds and the flagship Desperate Housewives and Grey’s Anatomy.
