JumpTV Scores South American World Cup Qualifiers

TORONTO/NEW YORK, January 17: The online sports and
international content destination JumpTV has acquired from SCP Worldwide the
exclusive North American online and mobile rights for the FIFA 2010 World Cup
South American qualifying matches.

JumpTV has scored the rights to the 70 remaining matches of
the FIFA 2010 World Cup South American qualifying matches and up to 40
associated friendly matches. JumpTV has also taken an equity stake in SCP
Worldwide's overall broadcast rights for this content for approximately $3.5
million. This gives JumpTV a minority stake in the rights for all broadcast
platforms, including DTH, cable, terrestrial, Internet and mobile. As part of
the transaction, JumpTV will exclusively carry the live games online and will
sub-license on-demand highlights to other potential online partners. JumpTV and
SCP will also select and sub-license to mobile partners.

SCP and JumpTV have jointly secured distribution deals for
the matches with ESPN, DIRECTV, DISH Network and InDemand. The deals will make
the matches available to over 70 million U.S. TV households. ESPN Deportes will
produce, assist SCP in marketing the property and will air select live and
replay games each round. The deal also features an extensive package of
friendly matches in 2008 and 2009 showcasing South American teams. DIRECTV and
DISH Network have obtained the satellite residential and commercial
pay-per-view rights while iN Demand has obtained the cable residential and
commercial pay-per-view rights. JumpTV will offer all 70 games live, while
DIRECTV, DIRECTV Mas, DISH Network and iN Demand will offer 56. ESPN Deportes
