International Sales for MarVista Entertainment’s Disaster Flicks

LOS ANGELES: MarVista Entertainment has sold several of its thrillers and disaster movies to broadcasters around the world.

The action disaster film 10.0 Earthquake has been picked up by TF1 in France; Mediaset in Spain; LNK in Lithuania; Channel 5 in Ireland and the U.K.; the Hollywood Movie Channel in Taiwan; V in French-speaking Canada; and FTV Prima in the Czech Republic. Final Recourse, which aired on Lifetime in the U.S., has been licensed to Channel 5 for the U.K. and Ireland; HRT in Croatia; Fox International Channels in Portugal; Asia Teleprogramming International for Malaysia and Singapore; FTV Prima in the Czech Republic; and Blitz for Albania, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Serbia and Montenegro, along with Slovenia.

Additionally, Italy’s Sky Italia has licensed four of MarVista Entertainment’s disaster films, including 10.0 Earthquake, Collision Course, Seattle Superstorm and Stonados.

The international sales coincide with the production wrap-up of two new MarVista TV movies: Lethal Seduction and Fatal Flip. The company has also acquired four new titles: Dangerous Company, My Stepdaughter, A Cry for Justice and Deadly Voltage.
