International Division for Educational Adventures

CHARLOTTE, January 4: The
North Carolina-based edutainment company Educational Adventures, producer of
the Danger Rangers franchise,
has launched an international arm that will be overseen by Luca Bentivoglio as
president and CEO.

Educational Adventures
International (EAI) is headquartered in the company’s newly established Los Angeles
office. The division will oversee global co-productions, acquisitions and
international television/DVD distribution and merchandise licensing for Danger
Rangers
as well other children’s
brands currently in development. Bentivoglio will report to Mike Moore, the CEO
of Educational Adventures.

Bentivoglio has held
senior level positions with Warner Bros., Telemundo, Univision and Latino
Public Broadcasting. He has served as general manager of WBTV, The Warner
Channel (Venezuela); VP of marketing and promotions for Univision Network; VP
of programming and production at Telemundo; and executive director of Latino
Public Broadcasting. He also helmed his own production outfit, Luca Bentivoglio
Productions.

Moore commented, “We
believe that the important values of safety and self-empowerment that have made
the Danger Rangers successful
in the U.S. will have appeal across the global marketplace.”

Danger Rangers currently airs on public television and leading
VOD systems in the U.S. A complementary book and DVD series are also available.
