ID Slates Halloween Programming

SILVER SPRING: Investigation Discovery (ID) has lined up three nights of programming for a Halloween-themed weekend, anchored by the world premiere of the three-part mini-series American Occult.

American Occult premieres October 30 at 8 p.m. The mini-series spotlights some of the most haunting subcultures in America, including self-professed vampires, cannibals and satanists. Each episode features two different stories of mysterious deaths, kidnappings or rituals that are linked to the occult.

The Halloween weekend on ID kicks off with the return of Cropsey on October 29 at 8 p.m. The documentary looks to solve one of New York’s most disturbing unsolved mysteries, seeking to uncover a real-life boogeyman. On Halloween day comes Trick or Cheat, featuring tales of infidelity that had tragic outcomes. A handful of episodes feature stories of spousal revenge will air back to back from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. on October 31.
