HBO GO App Available for Download

NEW YORK: The HBO GO mobile app, now available for download, brings an array of hit shows and movies to authenticated users on the Apple iPad, iPhone and iPod touch.

HBO GO provides instant access to current hit series such as Game of Thrones, Boardwalk Empire and True Blood, as well as classics such as The Sopranos, Sex and the City and Deadwood. The service also provides HBO original films, mini-series, sports, documentaries and specials, in addition to a variety of blockbuster theatrical releases. The new app is free of charge to HBO subscribers through a participating TV provider: Comcast Xfinity TV, Verizon FiOS, Cox Advanced TV, AT&T U-Verse, Suddenlink, DIRECTV and DISH Network customers who subscribe to HBO.

In addition to the Apple devices, the app can also be downloaded on a number of smartphones using Google’s Android operating system.
