Hawaii Five-0 Heads to Bravo U.K.

LONDON: Virgin Media Television’s male-skewing entertainment channel Bravo has secured the U.K. rights to the new Hawaii Five-0 from CBS Studios International.

The reboot of the 1970s cop drama was one of the most talked-about series out of the L.A. Screenings this year. It premieres this fall on CBS in the U.S. Bravo will also launch the show in the fall as part of its prime-time lineup. The channel has secured exclusive pay TV and Freeview rights, as well as digital rights. The deal was closed by Virgin Media TV’s head of acquisitions Amy Barham, and Stephen Tague, senior VP for Europe at CBS Studios International.
