Half-Year Net Profit at M6 Up 7.6 Percent

NEUILLY SUR SEINE, July 24: French broadcaster M6 has
delivered a net profit of 108.1 million euros for the first half of this year,
a 7.6 percent gain on the same period in 2006.

Revenues for the company were up 6.8 percent to 709.2
million euros, with ad revenues up 3.9 percent to 365 million euros. Other
revenues, from the digital channels, diversification and audiovisual rights,
rose 10.2 percent to 344.2 million euros. Digital channel revenues alone were
up 36.5 percent, driven by W9, Téva and Paris Première. Diversification and
audiovisual rights activities posted a 7.1 percent growth, driven by the
Distance Selling branch (HSS and Mistergooddeal.com), which achieved a 22.1
percent growth in revenues; and M6 Mobile, which led the interactive revenues,
was up 8.8 percent.

M6’s current operating profit from continuing activities
(EBITA) rose 23.6 percent to 151.2 million euros.

In the period, M6 achieved an 11.7 percent audience share
for individuals 4 and above. In prime time, it averaged 3.6 million viewers.
