Greenlit in First-Look Deal with Alex Holmes

LONDON: British drama producer Greenlit Rights has entered into a first-look deal with film and TV writer and director Alex Holmes, who most recently penned the HBO and BBC production House of Saddam.

Greenlit, owned by Target Entertainment Group, is behind such productions as Foyle’s War and the five-part, prime-time event drama Collision, both for ITV. For Greenlit, Holmes is tasked with developing distinctive, accessible and popular TV dramas for the British and international markets. His most recent project was the Bafta-nominated House of Saddam. Other credits include docs such as Kids Behind Bars and The Fall of Milosevic and the dramas The Other Boleyn Girl, Dunkirk and Coup!
