Granada Inks French Drama Deals

LONDON, July 20: Granada International has licensed a number
of its British mini-series to broadcasters in France, including TF1, which
opted for Walk Away and I Stumble.

M6 picked up If I Had You and Kindness of Strangers,
while Canal Plus took the thrillers Secret Smile and Love Lies Bleeding. Toby Melling, the VP of international sales for
France at Granada International, noted, “I am delighted that the high
production qualities and writing of these contemporary drama mini-series has
caught the eye of the main French broadcasters.”
