Gogo’s Crazy Bones Set for Animated Treatment

BEVERLY HILLS: Televix Entertainment will serve as the worldwide distributor of a new animated comedy series based on the Gogo’s Crazy Bones collectible figurines.

Collectibles companies Magic Box International and PPI Worldwide have teamed with Lima-based Aronnax Animation Studios for the series. Production on a pilot is underway for completion by October. The remaining episodes will be ready for 2012.

The show will based on the collectibles that have sold more than 400 million units in 20-plus markets.The property was recently re-launched in partnership with JDNA-Jonic Distribution North America in the U.S. and Canada in over 20,000 points of sale. There are 85 different characters and stickers to collect in the collectibles game.
