Global Television Boosts its Broadband Offering

TORONTO, September 21: As
part of its continued roll out of broadband video, Global Television will be
offering American prime-time programming as well as completed episodes from the
network's Canadian news, drama, comedy and documentary programming, on its
website.

This free,
advertiser-supported broadband site is located on Global Television’s website, www.globaltv.com. It will be offering the U.S. version of Deal
or No Deal
in addition to daily
editions of Global National
with Kevin Newman
, all new
home-grown documentaries from the Global Currents library, plus the debut seasons of the young-adult
drama, Falcon Beach, and
comedy, The Jane Show. Each of the programs will be available online
following their television broadcast, with select episodes archived on a
customized menu.
