Global Agency Lands New Deals for 1001 Nights

ISTANBUL: Global Agency has licensed the hit telenovela 1001 Nights into Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia.

1001 Nights heads to Mreza Plus in Bosnia-Herzegovina and RTL in Croatia. The show will launch in both territories in mid-September.

In its native Turkey, 1001 Nights attracted audience shares upwards of 68 percent. The show has since found success in territories such as Bulgaria, Serbia and the Middle East, and was a hit in Greece as well. The series tells the story of a young widow in a fight to get expensive medical treatment for her son with leukemia. With nowhere else to turn, she calls on her manager for help, but quickly finds that his proposal turns her world upside-down.
