German Telenovela Delivers for TF1

MUNICH, March 5: Sat.1’s novela That’s Life, distributed by SevenOne International, has been
delivering market shares of up to 52.9 percent on France’s TF1, which has moved
the show to a later time slot.

Airing as Le destin de Lisa, the show will now air with back to back episodes at 5.25 p.m., rather
than its previous slot of 4:30 p.m. "The telenovela is a huge success in
France,” said Laurent Storch, the head of acquisitions at TF1. "The
fantastic ratings show that the Sat.1 telenovela clearly struck a nerve with
the French audience."

Broadcast in Germany as Verliebt in Berlin, the show is the German adaptation of the Colombian
novela Betty la fea. SevenOne has
licensed the German series into a host of markets, including Hungary (Lisa
csak egy van
), Bulgaria (Vljubena
v Berlin
), Slovakia (Zamilovana v
Berline
), Lithuania (Miila lielaa
pilseetaa
) and French-speaking Switzerland
and Canada (Le destin de Lisa.)
