Full-Year Revenues and Profit Up at Lionsgate

SANTA MONICA/VANCOUVER, May 31: Lionsgate has reported
fiscal 2007 revenues of $976.7 million, up from last year’s $945.4 million,
while profit more than quadrupled from $6.1 million to $27.5 million.

"We are pleased that our entire diversified portfolio
of businesses contributed to our strong financial performance in fiscal
2007," said CEO Jon Feltheimer. "With a healthy cash position, strong
free cash flow from our library, a large filmed entertainment backlog and a new
theatrical slate financing agreement in place, we are well positioned to
continue to build asset value for our shareholders."

Motion picture revenues rose 6 percent to $858.2 million,
driven by the television sales—where revenues were up 50 percent to
$109.3 million—and home entertainment, which offset a 26 percent fall in
theatrical revenues. The segment was also boosted by international revenues, up
72 percent to $105.2 million.

Television production revenue of $118.5 million declined by
11 percent as fewer episodes were delivered during fiscal 2007 due to timing.

For the quarter, revenues rose 6 percent to $331.6 million,
but profit fell 36 percent to $25 million.
