FremantleMedia Appoints New Home Entertainment VP

NEW YORK, July 17: MTV
Networks-veteran Jeff Siegel has been appointed as FremantleMedia’s VP of home
entertainment for the Americas, based in New York.

Siegel will work to
strengthen FremantleMedia’s presence in the Americas by managing its current

Siegel will now report. “FremantleMedia
has a treasure trove of proprietary content and we think there is a great
opportunity to grow our business throughout the Americas,” commented Ellender.
“Jeff has a proven history of developing great DVD titles while at MTV and
we’re looking forward to his fresh outlook when it comes to our titles.”

entertainment worldwide for MTV Networks, where he led global product lines and
digital video downloads for MTV, MTV2, VH1, CMT and Logo. Prior to this, he
held senior positions at New Video Group and MPI Home Video.
