FremantleMedia Appoints Executive Producer for FMX

LONDON, September 22:
FremantleMedia announced that Declan Caulfield has become executive producer of
FMX, a newly created division responsible for developing and producing
personalized and participatory media entertainment across various platforms.

As Executive Producer,
Caulfield will be responsible for identifying, developing, producing and
licensing applications and content originating within FMX, within
FremantleMedia, and from third parties.

Caulfield has consulted or
worked with a number of companies, including Ericsson R&D, Real Networks,
Intel, Hutchison Whampoa, Nokia, Planet24, Associated Press and the BBC. He
also served as an advisor to the European Commission on digital television and
new technologies. He was also a founder and CTO of Kamera. Caulfield has spent
the last 6 months advising FMX on various projects and is specifically
responsible for the development and launch of the Enact platform, which he will
continue to roll out.
