Fox’s Jim Gianopulos Set for ScreenSingapore Keynote

LOS ANGELES/SINGAPORE: Jim Gianopulos, the chairman and CEO of Fox Filmed Entertainment, will deliver the keynote address at the Film Finance Forum during the inaugural ScreenSingapore, slated to take place this June.

Gianopulos’s keynote, on June 7 at the Capella Singapore Hotel on Singapore’s Sentosa Island, is entitled “The Big Picture: The Evolution of Media and Entertainment.” The studio chief will look at how media platforms are converging to capture audiences on a global level, as well as discuss distribution windows, film financing and the impact of digitization and 3D. The keynote headlines Film Finance Forum, a day-long event at ScreenSingapore featuring panel discussions and presentations on financing, production and co-production strategies, new government incentives, alternative distribution avenues, and monetizing on digital innovation.
