Fox Sports International Names Interactive VP

LOS ANGELES, December 21: Fox Sports International (FSI) has
upped Edward Derse to VP of interactive media, reporting to David Sternberg,
the EVP and general manager of FSI.

Derse assumes responsibility for the general management and
operations of FSI’s interactive and emerging media platforms, including
Internet, broadband, IPTV and wireless. FSI currently operates sites for Fox
Soccer Channel, Fox Sports en Espanol and Fox Sports Latin America. Derse will
also oversee interactive platform integration across FSI's television network
production, marketing and ad sales operations.

Most recently, Derse served as director of interactive media
for Fox Sports International, as well as director of emerging networks for Fox
Sports Interactive Media. He joined News Corporation in January 2000.

FSI operates the programming services Fox Soccer Channel,
Fox Sports Middle East and Fox Sports Africa, as well as a London-based
programming syndication sales division, and is partnered with Global Television
in Fox Sports World Canada. In 2002, it joined with HM Capital Partners to form
Fox Pan American Sports, through which it manages Fox Sports en Espanol.
