Fox Soccer Channel Secures Serie A Rights

LOS ANGELES, March 7: Fox Soccer Channel and its sister
network, Fox Sports en Español, have secured the exclusive U.S. English- and
Spanish-language rights to Serie A Italian football matches, beginning this
August and running through 2009/2010.

The rights were acquired from Media Partners & Silva,
the international sports agency that owns and distributes the Italian Serie A
media rights worldwide. Fox Soccer Channel will become the exclusive
English-language television destination for Italian Serie A in U.S. Fox Sports
en Español will be the exclusive Spanish-language television destination for
Italian Serie A; prior to this deal, rights were shared with GolTV.

Both networks have offered coverage of a limited selection
of Serie A matches during the past two years. Starting this season, they will
telecast approximately 140 matches and 298 hours of Serie A programming yearly,
including coverage of Italian powerhouses AC Milan, Inter Milan, Juventus and
AS Roma. The networks will also launch a dedicated Serie A highlights show.
