FOX Renews Reality Shows

LOS ANGELES, July 23: FOX has renewed its successful reality
shows So You Think You Can Dance and Hell’s
Kitchen
and has ordered 13 additional
episodes of the new summer series Don’t Forget the Lyrics.

So You Think You Can Dance has been renewed for a fourth season for launch in 2008. Currently in
its third season this summer, the show’s Wednesday
and Thursday telecasts rank among the summer’s top 3 regular programs in Adults
18-49 and Adults 18-34 and rank number one in their respective time periods
among all key demos. It was created by Simon Fuller and Nigel Lythgoe and comes
from 19 Entertainment and dick clark productions.

Hell’s Kitchen is also due to return for a fourth run in 2008, with
British chef Gordon Ramsay putting aspiring chefs through a “culinary boot
camp.” It is produced by Granada America and A. Smith & Co.

The network has ordered 13
additional episodes of Don’t Forget the Lyrics, a music-based game show that ranks number one in both its Wednesday and Thursday time periods across
all key demos, including Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34/25-54, Women
18-49/18-34/25-54, Men 18-49/18-34 and Teens. It is produced by RDF USA and
Brad Lachman Productions.
