FOX Names New VP, International Licensing

LOS ANGELES, November 30:
Twentieth Century Fox’s licensing and merchandising division has named Grant
Kahn as the VP of international licensing, who will focus on the Asia-Pacific
region as an area of growth.

Kahn comes to the position
with more than 13 years of experience in international business development,
representing U.S. companies in strategic planning, marketing and selling to
countries across the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining FOX’s licensing
& merchandising team, Kahn served as partner/consultant/principle for World
Trade Consultants, where he established a global network of more than 45
multinational Fortune 500 companies—including 7-Eleven,
Itochu Corporation, Coca Cola, Nestle and Frito-Lay, among
others—promoting some 700 to 1,000 products throughout Asia.

“We are continually
looking for ways to enhance our business in the international market and the
Asia-Pacific region presents us with a great opportunity for growth,” said Elie Dekel, the executive VP of FOX’s licensing and
merchandising division. “Grant has proven himself in this region for more than
13 years with a deep network of senior level relationships with dozens of
multinational companies. He will be a great addition to our team and to the
development of the Fox portfolio overseas.”
