FME Bags Deals for Australian Drama

LONDON, April 3: FremantleMedia
Enterprises (FME) has inked more than 10 new deals for its Australian drama Satisfaction, including one with France’s M6.

The 10-part drama has also
been sold to Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Israel, Korea and New Zealand. Created
by Lonehand Productions, Satisfaction, set in a high-class brothel, was broadcast on SHOWCASE in Australia
late last year.

FME’s CEO, David
Ellender, commented: “Satisfaction’s sales achievements confirms that there is always an
eager marketplace for engaging drama with high production values. We are
delighted that demand is already so high, long before we even set up camp at
MIPTV. And the fact the show has been recommissioned is a real sign of
approval.”
