Video Interview with Fleabag’s Lydia Hampson

NEW YORK: Lydia Hampson, producer of Fleabag, sat down with World Screen’s Anna Carugati to discuss the critically acclaimed six-part scripted show, which is part of the all3media International catalog.

Based on a one-woman play, Fleabag is a comedic series about a young woman trying to navigate life in London while coping with the death of her best friend. The show is written by and stars Phoebe Waller-Bridge, who also penned and starred in the stage production. Commissioned by the BBC in the U.K. and Amazon Prime Video in the U.S., Fleabag is made by Two Brothers Pictures, with Waller-Bridge, Harry Williams and Jack Williams serving as executive producers. The series debuted on BBC Three in July 2016 before moving to BBC Two the following month. It made its premiere on Amazon in September.
