SINGAPORE/HONG
KONG, December 12: Indra Suharjono has been tapped as executive VP and managing
director of MTV Networks Southeast Asia and Greater China, while the executive
currently overseeing those markets, Amit Jain, will take on special projects for the company out
of Singapore.

Suharjono
will assume oversight of MTVNI's portfolio of brands and businesses across the
region, and she will work with Jain, currently the executive VP and managing
director of MTV Networks Southeast Asia, China and India, to ensure a smooth
transition. Jain's management of the Viacom 18 joint venture in India will
shift to Bhavneet Singh, the executive VP and managing director of emerging
markets, based in London.

Suharjono,
most recently senior VP and managing director for Nickelodeon & Viacom
Consumer Products (NVCP), reports to Bob Bakish, the president of MTVNI.

"Indra's
years of experience and intricate knowledge of the pan-Asia market has been a
tremendous asset in growing MTVNI's consumer products business, which under her
leadership has posted triple digit growth," commented Bakish. "The
relationships that Indra and her team have built in Asia are integral to the
continued growth of MTVNI's portfolio of brands in the region as we look to
significantly expand our licensing, channel and digital businesses."
