TORONTO/LONDON: Entertainment One’s Jason Priestley comedy Call Me Fitz, which has already rolled out in the U.S. and Canada, has been picked up in France by pay-TV channel Série Club.

Priestley—with whom eOne is working on a number of other projects—stars in the dark comedy as a morally bankrupt yet charismatic used-car salesman who is forced to become business partner with his inner "conscience" – a lanky do-gooder named Larry. It premiered on HBO Canada last fall and made its Stateside debut in April on DIRECTV’s Audience Network. Deals have been clinched with 14 broadcasters to take the series into more than 60 countries. The French DVD release is slated for March 2012.

Call Me Fitz is a production of Amaze Film + Television, Big Motion Pictures and Entertainment One, with the financial participation of The Movie Network and Movie Central.
