E! Scores New Asia Deals

HONG KONG, December 18: In the fourth quarter of this year,
E! Networks shored up deals on more than 800 hours of content in the Asia
Pacific across multiple platforms, including linear TV, VOD and mobile.

Korea's O'live Channel has acquired several episodes of
E! True Hollywood Story, season one of the Style Network series
Style Her Famous and the Style specials Party
Fabulous and Wedding Altered.

ETC in the Philippines opted for E! News, The Daily Ten, Sexiest, The
Girls Next Door (seasons one and two), House
of Carters, Number One Single, Love's A Trip, Style Her Famous and Try
My Life. ETC Second Avenue will also soon
add seasons one through four of Dr. 90210 to its schedule.

In Malaysia, NTV7 has picked up Beyonce Uncut and US Weekly's Hottest Hollywood Style.

On the new media front, E! has made progress on its E!
Everywhere initiative. In Korea, E! has inked a VOD deal with Hanaromedia, a
subsidiary of Hanaro Telecom, for 101 Sexiest Celebrity Bodies, 101 Most Shocking Moments in
Entertainment, Celebrities
Uncensored and Rich Kids: Cattle
Drive for the IPTV VOD service Hana TV. In
addition, the company concluded a mobile deal with Sky New Zealand, and a S-DMB
deal with TU Media Corp in Korea.
