DRG to Rep NRK’s Formats

LONDON: DRG has been tapped to exclusively represent the formats portfolio of Norway’s NRK.

DRG takes on representation of the slate of format that have been created and produced in house by NRK. The portfolio will be promoted internationally under the newly created brand name NRK Formats. DRG will represent the NRK Formats catalogue including the spring 2011 launches of four new formats. Battlepop (local title Popstokk) is a family entertainment show that features pop trivia. Teenage Boss is a new factual-entertainment show, featuring a social experiment that challenges one teenager to take responsibility of the family’s finances. Never Ever Do This At Home has a second season coming down the pipeline for 2012. The half-hour factual-entertainment show challenges and tests the scientific warnings and advice we face everyday. The catalogue also includes Threesome, a sex-education format that follows three young adults on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
