LONDON: DRG has added to its catalogue the documentaries Living in the Time of Jesus, produced for National Geographic in the U.S., and My Mother Diana, a production for Channel 4 in the U.K.

Living in the Time of Jesus is a three-parter from Associated Producers. The hour-long installments are hosted by history professor Arne Kislenko. The program takes viewers back in time to witness life during the first century.

The one-hour prime-time documentary special My Mother Diana is an original commission by Channel 4’s More4. The doc is produced by 1212 Productions, makers of The Real King’s Speech, also sold by DRG. My Mother Diana tells the story of Prince Charles and Diana’s marriage, examining how the relationship shaped their son Prince William.

Diane Rankin, the senior VP of acquisitions at DRG, said of the deals, “We’re delighted to be once again partnering with 1212 Productions and Associated Producers, two extremely talented and trusted teams of documentary makers. Living in the Time of Jesus and My Mother Diana bring a powerful new perspective on two of the world’s most iconic stories.”
