DQE Launches First Full Episode of The Jungle Book

CANNES: DQ Entertainment, along with partners ZDF and ZDF Enterprises, NBC Universal, TF1, ABC in Australia, MoonScoop, BBC and Disney, presented the first full 11-minute episode of the new 3-D CGI series The Jungle Book.

The Jungle Book, based on Rudyard Kipling’s classic story, screened its first full episode, "The Wild Black Bees" at a gala screening at the Hotel Martinez in Cannes. The series is presented in 3-D CGI, with 52 11-minute episodes and a one-hour TV feature. A stereoscopic feature film is expected to follow soon.

The series narrates the stories of Mowgli the man-cub, who is raised in the Indian jungle with animals as his only companions.
